Being a leader is even more critical when you are the person calling the shots for your business and livelihood. That’s why I’m thrilled to have today’s guest Jim Knight on the show. Jim’s new book, Leadership That Rocks: Take Your Brand’s Culture to Eleven and Amp Up Results is all about the challenges that up-and-coming leaders and entrepreneurs face. Jim has an interesting background that has culminated into his self-employed career as an author, CEO, coach, podcaster, and keynote speaker that rocks.
