This week we move forward with Mike Flanagan’s Fall of the House of Usher with The Masque of the Red Death. In Poe’s original short story, we meet young Prince Prospero who decides to throw a party despite the devastating plague happening outside the palace walls. Well, Death has other plans for him as even the wealthy can’t escape him.  And how does Flanagan adapt this famous cautionary tale?
