A lot of us are dealing with shyness and lack of self-confidence and lack of self-esteem and anxieties. But we don’t know where any of that even came from. So I want to share with you the top five places that we acquired our shyness from. And so I’m going to share them with you now and then I’m going to break them down really quick. Society has made us to become who we are. So that’s why we’re shy. Our parents, school teachers, and the media. Also, some of us are born hyper sensitive and so that’s the fifth one. Now let’s talk about each one separately. First, Society is constantly telling us to go with the flow, to follow the leader. To not get in trouble, and so by doing that we lose our self-identity. And so we start to become someone we’re not, hence we become shy. So that’s the biggest reason with society that while we’re shy
