This man started out a milk shake maker and work his way up to Vice President of Steak n’Shake then completely switched careers to own and operate Quality Care Ambulance with his wife Kathy. He has done all this while still remaining a steadfast example to his family and friends. Disclaimer: there is some background noise thanks to Kathy making dinner for us and Ken and Kathy’s son Keegan and my brother Bryson in the kitchen not helping the process, but I hope you can get passed all that because Ken's story is amazing.
