On this month’s Vocationcast we have an exciting proposal for a Patron Saint of podcasting - St George Preca. There's also an Interview with Sr Roseann Reddy, the co-founder of the Sisters of the Gospel of Life, and we have a vocation story from Fr James Bradley of the Personal Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham.

Life activist Lord David Alton and MP Jim Dobbin talk to the Vocationcast team to talk about standing up for Catholic values in the UK political sphere. There is also a reflection on the life of the patron saint of politicians St Thomas More and comments from young Catholics about their faith and politics. Music comes from the Ting Tings, Danielle Rose and Matt Maher.

In January's episode of Vocationcast, the focus is on forgiveness - making a new start with God. We have Sr Helen Prejean, whose story inspired the 1995 film Dead Man Walking, gangster-turned-evangelist John Pridmore and Fr Malachy Keegan who is the Bishops' Advisor for Prisons.

Paschal Uche talks about his experience of greeting the Pope during the Papal Visit last year and a Franciscan reflection on vocation from seminarian Henry Whisenant.
