As a leader things come at us from all directions all the time - but how do we cope? Well, usually we need a little help to resolve all of these ... sometimes from the other party. We can't get their help with a closed fist - with a fight. Sure, sometimes we can beat them into submission. We can convince the customer that no - no discount that's the way it is.
