Dina Velikovskaya ist eine in Moskau ausgebildete Puppentrick und Zeichentrick Animatorin. Sie hat in drei verschiedenen Hochschulen in Moskau studiert. Ihr Abschlussfilm an der VGIK "My Strange Grandfather" war ein internationaler Festivalhit. Ihr Abschlussfilm an der Shar "About a Mother" ist auf der Animation Show of Shows Compilation gelandet. Dina wurde vor kurzem in die Acadamy of Motion Pictures berufen, hat Präsident Putin schon die Hand geschüttelt und wohnt und arbeitet seit drei Jahren in Berlin.
