It's been a while! Peter and I recorded this episode a while ago but debated putting it up or not because the sound quality isn't as good as it usually is for some weird reason we couldn't figure out. Anyway, we hope you enjoy it nonetheless as we discuss spiritual health as the fourth part of our "self care square." This was a really interesting episode to record as we both have different views on where spirituality comes from, but managed to come to an agreement on what spirituality means and how it helps us be more healthy people.
