You get in the trenches, the weeds of your business. At times individuals in your organization become focused on a tunnel, trapped in specifics of a goal. Too easily the basic data becomes swallowed by the transactional details behind individual campaigns. During a recent event, Mike spoke with several business owners and entrepreneurs whom asked some varying questions. One piece of advice, however, became clear as an important share.  While questions certainly have answers, the deeper need is to take a step back. Regularly evaluating the over-arching goal of the combined efforts is highly important.
