We know behaviors that get reinforced and rewarded are statistically more likely to occur with regularity than those that are not. With this knowledge we must ask ourselves what types of behaviors and actions are we reinforcing in our schools? Are they the types of actions we want our students to partake in each day in order to set them up for success?
