Our new host, Practitioner in Residence / Climate Literacy QEP Associate Director in Appalachian State's Department of Sustainable Development, Laura England welcomes 2024 Appalachian Energy Summit keynote speaker and co-founder and executive director of the nonprofit organization Passive House Institute US, Dr. Katrin Klingenberg. Kat shares her journey from a job in a corporate architecture firm to a passion for passive building that led her to build the first passive house in the United States.
