Tonight's Guest WeatherBrain currently serves as the Director of the Global Water Security Center and at the Alabama Water Institute at the University of Alabama.  He focuses on providing decision-makers with reliable information and innovative research on water and environmental security.  He leads efforts to understand their impacts on society.  His career has spanned 27 years as a command meteorologist in the U.
