Anger is an issue that whether man or woman, you will have to deal with in your life. It manifests in many different ways. It was also one of the very first sins ever committed outside of the Garden of Eden. It preceded Kain rising up against his brother Abel and killing him. It can end in physical murder, attitudes, or simple frustration. One of the keys to anger is to learn how to manage the process of getting away from it before we get to it.
